The Born Ready Fitness yoga team was created to give you a full experience during every session.Each yoga instructor has their own healing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Whether you are at thebeginneror advanced level of yoga we will make sure the classes cater to your needs.



PILATES

The Idea behind Pilates is to gain flexibility, strength, and body awareness without building bulk. It is considered a resistance exercise even though, as a beginner, you may experience an increased heart rate.

The main goal is to strengthen the core, stomach muscles, improve posture, stabilize and elongate the spine and develop balance and overall strength. There are six key principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, breathing, flow and precision. When these key principles are used in conjunction with the mindset that you are creating, Pilates can provide that long, toned body you desire - a leaner, better you from your core muscles out. At Born Ready Fitness our Pilates instructors will be performing a full mat routine in your home or office.



What is the Difference
between Pilates and Yoga?

Overall, the biggest difference between Pilates and Yoga is the ultimate goal. Yoga provides a meditative environment for you to improve your overall quality of life. It focuses on stress relief while improving your body.

Pilates works from the center of your body outward. It forces you to increase your bodies awareness and work your core, resulting in a stronger body. Yoga and Pilates each have their merits. The best part is that you really don't have to choose. Combine Pilates and Yoga for an amazing way to transform your daily routine.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable, non-binding clothing. We ask that, with respect to the other students, please refrain from wearing perfume to class. It inhibits the breathing work and some people do have allergies. Please make sure all cell phones are off for complete relaxation. We will provide mats for private yoga and Pilates classes up to four people.


Fees are based on the number students. Give the gift of yoga or Pilates! Classes are a great gift idea for anyone. Gift certificates available!



All classes can be either in-home
or at the office.
