We begin our work together with a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation and evaluation during which our primary goal is to form a trusting alliance with you. We take great care to develop a thorough understanding of who you are by obtaining a detailed history of your diet, weight and exercise patterns as well as an understanding of your current eating habits, food preferences and rituals, medical status, schedule, and general thoughts and feelings about food and eating.
Working as a team, we set achievable short and long-term goals. At each subsequent follow up session (the frequency of which is determined in the initial evaluation) we continue to support you so that you may meet your goals healthfully. We acknowledge that working toward these goals is a process that may at times feel challenging. SUPERMARKET TOURThe grocery store can be an overwhelming place. We welcome you to join us on a guided tour (organized individually or as part of a group) of the supermarket where we will help you navigate the aisles, create and prioritize your grocery list, demystify food labels and ultimately stock your pantries and kitchens with a healthy and flavorful variety of foods to feed yourself and your family appropriately. Recipe development and nutrient analyses may also be useful adjuncts to the supermarket tours and can be arranged on an individual basis or as a group in our personal or group cooking classes with one of our Nutritionists. -90 minute supermarket tour $179.00 ( top ) |

FOLLOW-UP (45 minutes)Continued guidance and motivation provided for your nutrition and health goals. It is here were we will discuss long term, midterm, and short term goals. Professional nutrition education and knowledge will be given, and continuous on-going support provided for any nutritional concerns. The follow-up appointments will be paced correctly according to your lifestyle. 6 MONTH WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Individually designed nutrition program which includes 12 life changing, inspiring coaching sessions. You can customize your program by adding our professional cooking classes, menu planning, and personal chef services. Some of the topics discussed in the coaching sessions include; Healthy eating patterns, meal portions, eating times, proper hydration, calorie intake vs calorie output, weight maintenance, education and importance of carbs, protein, and fats. We will go into vitamins and minerals, healthy to-go snacks, food labels, grocery shopping, healthy cooking methods and food prep, healthy cooking substitutes, and supplements that are good or bad.
